This tool is nifty. Definitely not something for any sort of volume bartending but I've used it a few times at small catering gigs. Mostly I use it at home or if I visit someone's apartment (I usually am requested to make cocktails). If you are an "on the move" cocktail maker in some sense, this tool is for you.Note: it is not the easiest peeler and y-peeler to use. You need to use proper technique while operating for quality garnishes.

I really like the function of each tool. However, u can't really use some of it because the covers slide right off. And they are in the spot u would hold into.

I have to admit, I acquired this 3-in-1 garnish tool out of interest only in two of the three tools. I have never had occasion to use citrus zest in a cocktail garnish and do not love needing to double strain my drinks (though perhaps I shall be attentive to recipes calling for zest henceforth).The tool build is solid, and the covers stay in place well, making perfectly serviceable grips. I like the peeler on this model better than the one that previously served my garnishing needs; the blade is nice and the cover keeps its edge protected from the assaults of the barspoons, muddlers, and jiggers with which my garnish tools cohabit in my liquor cabinet drawer.The channel knife is the feature that most attracted my attention when considering this tool, and it does seem to do the trick, although I am not sure I have developed quite the right touch with it; I tend to start cutting too deep and some of my ribbons end up breaking off into unceremonious little strips too short for being properly twisted. I shall have to practice more, if I do not want to incur the disdain of my more aesthetically discerning (snarky) colibationists.

It arrived very fast! I know is being advertised as a cocktail tool but I cook everyday, lemon and garlic are in my ingredients almost every night, instead of bringing or using the big long grinder to make lemon zest I now got this nice rabbit tool , is the perfect size for a nice grip, it feels strong not delicate and easy to clean, plus it's 3 in 1.
