Great for back and neck pain
Love this roller. My physical therapist had given me some exercises that involve putting a roller on the floor, laying down with my back on the roller, and rolling up and down the back and neck. This exercise works great to relieve pain in my back and neck, and also helps to strengthen my abdominal muscles. After the first foam roller I had broke apart, I got this roller. It works great and is very durable.
