My Little Pony Equestria Girls DJ PON-3 Doll With Markers and Microphone

My daughter loves My Little Pony. These dolls didn't fall short. She plays with them all of the time. They are very durable and come with the perfect accessories.

Bought for daughters upcoming birthday. She loves the Equestria girls and has most of the main characters. DJ Pon-3 has a big part in the new Rainbow Rocks movie so I picked it up on sale, too cute.

The doll itself is really cool. We also got the matching car and my daughter loves them. However the concept of drawing the stencils on the dress is completely lost to me. My daughter tried and it didn't really work at all so I convinced her that the stencils are just meant for drawing on paper. The mircophone is a nice accessory but I wish it wasn't a marker as well. I know and trust my daughter with it just fine but don't trust her friends that they won't write on things they aren't supposed to when playing with it (it easily comes out of the stand and is a capped marker at the other end). The dress and head scarf are really cute and detailed as well as the shoes that are music notes

This was a gift which was initially really loved. However the dolls did not keep their attention for long. My kids at least seem to prefer the original My Little Pony characters instead of the Equestria dolls. This could an age related thing. Perhaps maybe if the kids 6-8, these would see more play time. But I must say Amazon had an amazing price on some of the dolls before Christmas. So I'm not too bothered by the idea that they are not played with much.

DJ Pon!! I bought this to go with the car. My 3.5 year old loves DJ so I knew I had to get this. Good quality doll.
