Hands down the best nonstick pan ever
I'm almost 50, love to cook and have had probably 30 nonstick pans in my life. I have a ceramic cooktop and know from experience that aluminum nonstick pans make marks on the surface that cannot be removed (its literally aluminum). That said only stainless exteriored pans will do now and that trims the field. Used to go out to the local shops and find good quality name aluminum clad nonstick pans for cheap... rinse repeat. Had bought some decent looking stainless nonstick Cuisinarts over a year ago and the largest one was wearing poorly. I never crank them up to high, always hand wash (don't put them in the dishwasher ever) and never use anything that'd scratch them but they simply weren't very good so needed to replace. I had located some nice looking pans from Williams-Sonoma and was getting ready to pull the trigger. We decided to go out to a local shop just to check the quality got there and was really impressed with what was on show display from Williams-Sonoma brand that I assumed was what I had lined up to purchase. Almost had made my mind up and then realized that they were the Hestan version which very expensive. Almost bought them anyway figuring they were so good wuality... why not. Went home and decided to resume the search figuring 250 for a pan that I definitely would have to replace was stupid. Looked around found these from Scan Pan. They make several types and there seem to be very few reviews out there for the maitre D but I decided to go ahead and take the plunge. I realize I've only had these for a little while, but they are literally the best quality pan I have ever laid hands on, including the Hestan ones I saw at William Sonoma that were twice as much. The coating is such high quality. I'm sure it will hold up well. Also, the exterior is a slick stainless steel that will not stain the way that many of other stainless steel pans that have a matte finish to them will. I actually bought a Made in 12-in since scan pan doesn't make that size. Again, I can't speak to longevity yet but got the Made in a few days ago and it doesn't look to be as good a pan. The only negative reviews I've read were that they were really heavy, I mean yeah that's true, but honestly that's not a negative. It's like saying a high end knife is too sharp, weight translates to quality in a pan in my estimation. I can't say enough for the quality of the surface on these pans as well as just aesthetics alone. They are show pieces. These also are IMO more of a French style in that there's less gradual curve from the bottom to the side... I prefer that anyway so win win. Extremely happy with this purchase. Update Nov 24': These pans are still going strong, no signs of wear. The Made In pan died last week... coating flecking off. We used the made in half as often as the Scan Pan.

Great Pans, Read the instructions
Best pans we ever had. We are getting rid of all our other pans. These pans cook well, and nothing sticks to them They are heavy, and distribute heat well, and the handle is comfortable to hold. We read the instructions carefully, and discovered It is important to remember to preheat the pans before adding oil or food.

Great Pans, I Love Stratanium+ So Much
To start, the box (and only the box) doesn’t say Stratanium+ and indicates it is regular Stratanium. This is not true. It says on the bottom of the pan it is the + version and I have a Haptiq pan and it is + and can confirm that these are the same thing. So if you order these, just know that. Ok here’s the thing with nonstick coatings - if you get it way too hot, it won’t be nonstick anymore. Or at least not as nonstick. So, get an IR thermometer off of Amazon and make sure you stay at or below 400. “Well the site says 500”. Yes it does. It also takes an incredibly short amount of time to go from 400 to blazing past 500. You go above that by much, you’ll cause damage. You got past 600, don’t count on the nonstick stuff to work anymore. It’ll also release toxic fumes. So just like anything, stay within the limits and it’ll last you a long long time. Act like a crazy teenager with a Trans Am and your pan will have a similar fate.

Unmatched
These are like no pans I have ever owned. They almost feel like cast iron, but they are virtually nonstick. I do add a little spray of oil (non-aerosol) out of habit, but it beads right up and I've had no issues. Eggs, which is what I use these pans for most often, come out perfectly. I love that my teens can use them without fear of scratching with the 'wrong' utensils. They are heavy but not too heavy. So far they are easy to clean and I've had no problems cooking anything. I do wish the larger one came with a lid, but we have other lids that will do the job. update 3/16/26: We still love these pans and they are the best we have ever owned. But I will say that the set I received did not include lids. But I have other lids that fit so I'm not that upset.

Great nonstick pans
Love these. I typically cook with Le Creuset and All Clad cookware but wanted something that was good for sticky food items (like eggs) but still felt heavy and good quality. These hit the mark! The only downfall is the mirror finish is easily scratched. Other than that, they are great non stick pans. I don’t expect them to last forever, after all they are non stick, but with relatively light use and silicone utensils, I think they’ll last a long time.

No longer nonstick
Had it for 3 years and mostly preformed well. Now? Everything sticks, even with oil and preheating. Terrible. Going into the trash.

Built to last a lifetime
Ordered 2 sets, one for myself the other for my daughter. Tried these pans at my aunt’s. was highly impressed at the quality of the pan as well as the functionality. These pans cook best at a lower temperature, with or without added fat. They also clean up effortlessly. They are very nice to hold and to look at and are somewhat heavy which shows they are built to use for a long time. They are attractive enough to use them as the serving dish as well. They are warranted for life which is very impressive. Last set of pans I’ll need for my life. I highly recommend these pans for those looking for top of the line cookware built to last a lifetime.
