I needed something that would help me stretch out parts of my body that sometimes require another person or a trainer to assist with. I've slowly been increasing my time and amounts of stretching. The hoops help increase positions that help with stretching. It does take time getting use to. I do wish that the product came with more illustrations on how to stretch and what to stretch. I had to google to find installations to assist me better. I would recommend this product if you want to do more physical therapy at home. I do wish it was elastic in some places to get resistant but it still does the trick.

Everyone should have one of these! It is SO easy to use, even without ANY instructions! I mean it's pretty self-explanatory. But the illustrations and tips give me some new ideas about how to use it. It is VERY well made and does not show ANY wear after having it for almost a year. It is quite portable - easy to roll up and pack in a suitcase or overnight bag. I especially like that the loops are all up and down the entire thing. It's basically perfect!

Great stretch strap. To clarify, the strap itself doesn't stretch. It helps you to stretch. Loops at the end are nicely constructed and large enough to accommodate most users. The hand loops along the length of the strap provide enough space to grip without being overly large. Just like the strap you might use during Physical Therapy.

Nice strap, the strap doesn't stretch, your body is supposed to. I used one that was similar in therapy for my legs. This allows me to continue my exercises. Some buyers complained about the instruction card being very small to see, buy I enlarged my on my copy mode on my printer. Simple!

Ribbed fabric is strong and durable. A little stretch but not much, as I wish. Loops will slide off your foot. However, I am overall quite pleased with it.

I had orthoscopic surgery on my shoulder in February and started physical therapy within days of the surgery. My physical therapist uses this, so I bought this to use at home. Works great! Also, my wife uses this to do yoga stretches as well!
