The book should be kept handy for reference and there are some pros and cons obviously. Pros: to the point , Cons: Not all cases are discussed, and medicine mentioned are mostly outdated. The drug of choice along other new drug must be mentioned. Although this book is very good for juniors.

Good for beginners

Some topic are ok. It's for an internal medicine person not for GPs. Majority of the topics are incomplete. Just can be an add on to other GP books that's all . Not satisfied. Some flow charts are good as in asthma copd . Also acne coloumn is good. Tips are ok but there is lot of room for improvement.

Waste of money

I was looking for a book that I can always keep handy whenever I needed to take a quick look at some basic topics that we deal with in our day to day lives. And then thankfully I stumbled upon this book. Wow, what an easy read ! The content of the book is so well structured and every concept has been explained really nicely with appropriate examples. Definitely, a MUST buy!

Good to have this book, give snap shot and concise details, but no. of given complaints are less, but overall good
