Great for the Brain
So many health benefits. I take these because they help the nervous system so I can concentrate and think more clearly, and it also helps with my anxiety. It's the maximum dose allowed and very effective. It's easy to swallow with no after taste. The best value for money i could find and seals well in pouch so stays fresh.

These B1 vitamins are fab! Help my memory and calm my anxiety. Good value for 120 tablets, lasts ages! Only downside, they're a bit tricky to swallow, but worth it. My 18-year-old had trouble with them though. Sorted for me, though!

Good bitimins
Not started my B1 thiamine yet but l always like to have a stock of them. Particularly in the spring and summer months. Did you know that B1 actually keeps insects away! As well as all the other things they do. This is a particularly good make and reasonably priced.
