Uf this one is a 500 mg then it's great, if it's a 8.6 or like that then don't get it if you are used to 500 mg or close

Very good product! Works just like it says.

Even though this product had more mg per pill then another brand I previously bought, it was less effective where I have to take twice or three times as much as the other brand. I bought this because I though it would be more effective with the higher mg. I would not recommend this product.

I have had stomach issues for some time. I was on prescription medication which was the only thing that helped. My doctor was concerned that I was on this prescription medication too long and it could cause other issues and to try something over the counter. I tried everything and nothing worked. A friend of mine recommended this and it has been better than the prescription medication and it is made with herbs so it is better for you internally. I would highly recommend to try it out. I am sure it works differently on each person, but definitely worth a try.

This is the best laxative that I've ever used. I've tried Mirolax and Colace, both which my doctor recommended, and neither of them worked well for me. Then I discovered Smooth Move Tea, which contains Senna and worked, but is expensive. So I tried these Senna pills and they work just as well as the tea but cost less. I take one pill each morning and I'm never constipated.
