A disappointing purchase, I trusted that this item was in excellent condition as stated but the phone lasted just 2 days. The phone died during a call and would not turn back on. No charger was sent with the device and after sales dealings were tedious. It took nearly 1 month from posting the phone back to the seller to receive a refund that was partial. No explanation was given by the seller for taking 20% off the price paid for this phone. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer !

This review applies to Loop Mobile, which fulfilled my order.The phone was overall in very good condition. There were some very faint scratches on the screen which can only be seen when it's off and light is reflecting off the screen. There was 1 small scratch on the glass panel surrounding the cameras, and a noticable scuff on one of the top corners. Small, but visible. With a case on, the phone practically looks flawless. Battery health was at an impressive 96%.This phone regularly goes below £400 (writing this review 16/11/2021), I got mine for £385. At a price like this, it's a pretty great deal. Especially if you plan on using a case.

The iphone would not turn on when I received it , however I was able to have it repaired and it now seems to work ok. So I have no intention of returning it at this present time.
