Was skeptical at first but tried it and it actually worked with helping clean my microwave. Not a huge fan of the vinegar smell, but it’s only for a short time while it’s on the microwave, but it definitely does the job.

First and foremost, it was nearly impossible to get this thing apart. When I finally opened it, I haven't been able to get it closed correctly. I went ahead and used it and it did all right. 4 people have tried putting it back together for me to no avail. It's a good idea, but not good engineering of the product.
