Ueshima House Blend Ground Coffee 250g (pack of 6)

My new favourite coffee. Absolutely delicious roast and was delighted to find it on Amazon as my supermarket regularly runs out. Strong and smooth. Perfect way to start the day.

I recently tried Ueshima Coffee and was thoroughly impressed with its quality and flavor. As a bit of a coffee geek, I’m always on the lookout for a new and satisfying brew, and Ueshima did not disappoint. I ordered it originally because I often travel to kobe and was intrigued by the link to the local area. The aroma is the first thing that strikes you—rich and inviting. Upon brewing, the coffee has a smooth, well-balanced taste with no discernable bitterness. For reference, I use an aeropress with a dual combination of paper and metal filter. I actually accidentally ordered the ground code and was worried about the quality as prefer to grind my own. But the pre ground coffee is genuinely a great brew and competes with other coffees I have that are actually fresh ground from beans. If you’re looking for an impressive budget coffee option, Ueshima Coffee is a must-try. It’s become a bargain staple in my morning coffee routine, highly recommended for the price.

I normally buy a variety of a supermarket's own label ground coffee for my filter machine, but I had just about run out. So on a search here I saw this Japanese coffee and after reading some internal and external 5 star reviews as to which type to order. As soon as I opened the resealable packet I noticed the coffee aroma and that it had been ground extra fine. This is so much better than other ground coffees because you do not need so much for each cup. The smooth flavour is just perfect and I will now only buy this quality coffee.

Really nice coffee but the only issue is this is produced in the EU not Japan and the packaging and labelling is a bit misleading. It was the Japenese link that caught my attention, not complaining about the coffee but the marketing is a bit cheeky. The coffee is excellent.

One of the best ground coffees on the market IMHO. Strong and smooth. Currently slightly cheaper on Amazon.

I bought not realising it was ground rather than instant but bought a french press and we are loving the taste of this coffee! Taste is similar to Kenco but has a more complex moreish taste with lots of depth. The description says it has caramel and chocolate flavours. You don't notice the taste, just the added depth of flavour. The bag is easily resealed and also has a little widget built in that helps to keep it fresh. Nice touch! The smell when you open the bag is amazing! Really happy with this purchase and will be buying again and maybe trying some of the other options as well. I'd never have even considered Japanese coffee if it wasn't for the price! I bought 6 bags for £21 which is an absolute bargain for this quality. One bag costs the same or less than one coffee from somewhere like Costa coffee or Starbucks, or the majority of shops in fact these days!?
