Gorgeous, Challenging, and Very Rewarding!
Let me first say I love making models with extras, such as motion, lights, and sound. I also like the challenge of working with small and delicate parts. It puts me โin the zoneโ where I lose myself, slow down, and focus. That said, I just loved the process of putting together this little mechanical masterpiece and was charmed when I finally turned on the power and saw and heard it in all its glory. Please see the video I posted to see for yourself. The way the model technically comes together is a marvel and even as a still object, itโs beautiful as can be seen in the still picture I submitted. My only very small complaint is that the instructions were poorly translated into English which I figured out with a little pondering. Also, some of the pieces are very small, fragile, and easily be broken, however there are extra pieces provided since the kit designers anticipated that this might happen. I found this kit to be exceptional and one of the best kits I ever bought in decades of building models in metal, plastic, and wood. What is the ultimate measure for me of โvalueโ in this kind of product? In my opinion, itโs the joy and wonder it creates, and this product packs a lot of value at a very reasonable low cost. I highly recommend this little beauty!

A joy to build
Straightforward to build, fun, and absolutely adorable. Works just as described. Very worth the price for the hours I spent building! Sorry for the bad photo, as you can see it is spinning with lights on, and I added mini ducks to all the little seats :)

A delight to put together!
This puzzle was so much fun! It took me about five hours to assemble and the end result was wonderful!! Like all wooden puzzles, yes the pieces are fragile and you need to handle them with care. With this puzzle I was able to assemble it without breaking a single piece! The instructions were extremely clear, pieces fit together quite nicely, and the end result was a beautiful looking model!

Absolutely Loved Making This!
Full transparency: I get that most people are just not interested in all this detail work that an autist like me gets joy from. I confess I built the thing weeks ago I can't remember most of the frustration points. I know that when it came time to seat the top part to the bottom part, I couldn't get the gears to "engage" and had to unbuild step by step until I figured out where I had screwed up. That's on me and not the manufacturer. I also broke a few pieces and had to glue the top flag assembly on, but only I will ever notice. Obviously, most of my time was spent painting, and if you want to go that route, it would be sooooo much easier to paint before assembly. But how do you know exactly what you're painting? I was initially planning to use HO scale seated people, but the seats are so tiny most of them didn't even fit. And the scale is too small regardless. Luckily, monkeys one day appeared on the craft desk, courtesy of my model train-crazed husband.

Once again, ROKR ๐ฅ
Alright! I think I may have an obsession. The first one was a gift on Christmas and now I have done 5 of them. My daughters wanted me to build one for them so my oldest got the cuckoo clock and my middle got this one. So out of the 5 that I have done, this one was the most difficult. Nothing was wrong the product, it was all wonderful. There is a part in the instructions where you build the complete chair system (chair, lines, the connectors, metal bar. pg 12 in manual). Once it is complete you then slide it into the main structure. FOR ME, this wasnt the best method, it was easier for me to push in the connectors (c3) into the base (d7), then align the swing holder (d8) with the connectors (c3) and push the metal bar through. Definitely follow the instructions but if you find yourself getting frustrated, perhaps try this way. Also, be careful with the chair arms...I broke a few and had to glue, just because they are so thin. I still give this 5 stars because it was so fun, even the small moments of frustration are part of the fun for me! The finished product is awesome. It spins and swings and it plays music and lights up! My 13 year-old loves it.

Challenging, Fun, and Beautifully Made
I bought this ROKR wooden music box kit for my 13-year-old daughter, and it kept her happily busy for hours. She really enjoyed the challenge of assembling it, and it was great to see her so focused and engaged the whole time. The quality is excellent โ the pieces are well-made, fit together nicely, and the finished model looks amazing. The moving swing ride, music, and lights make it feel extra special once itโs completed. It is slightly overpriced. Overall, a great project and a beautiful display piece when finished.

Just fine
Itโs very cute and a fun project to work on. Only down side is that the instructions were in Chinese and that this is not a mechanical music box, itโs battery operated.
