I have been using this mug daily for about 18mos. I am only writing this review because I went to purchase a second one and got the notification "frequently returned" and I was so confused, read the reviews, and was shocked. Biggest complaint seems to be the insulation. Duh. It's ceramic. There are millions of metal coffee mugs on the market, in my opinion (and I know im not alone) that ruins the tase of coffee. Science is science, metal does a better job keeping things hot, but I want to enjoy my coffee. As long as you know what you are buying, you will NOT be disappointed. You can enjoy the real taste of coffee from a ceramic mug and AND its super cute. WIN. 18mos in and I have had no cracking, I even put it in the dishwasher. Ignore the warning and ENJOY!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love my cup. Better than Stanley. Not a fan of the metal inside of the other cups

It keeps the coffee hot for a while, I got it specifically for the ceramic or at least non metallic coating. My wife calls me crazy but I can taste the difference when the drink comes from a metal mug. I thought the outside was painted on but it is simply a rubber sleeve that the cup slides in and out of. After a short time the sleeve loosened up and slips down the cup. Kind of a pain when using a cup holder in the car and the sleeve slides down every time I try and pick up the cup. Hence, minus one star.

The ceramic coating keeps the flavor of any drink tasting great with out the metal taste. The insulated mug keeps drinks hot or cold. Awesome for coffee to take to work stays warm for a long time while drinking it.

It is a great cup, and I just wish it was ceramic like my old one of this brand, but I think it is coated on the inside with ceramic, so it is a more long term item anyways.

Absolutely not worth the money. I’ve had this cup for two days, and the ceramic coating is chipping off on the inside. The top is very flimsy, and it does leak slightly. The silicone sleeve on the outside of the cup has three little vent holes in the bottom I guess they are called, and water gets trapped in there which I can see becoming a problem for mold. I bought the cup on sale and it’s still not worth what I paid. Please stay away from this cup.

This cup has so many positives, but one major flaw has stopped me from continuing to use it. The silicone exterior is really nice, making it comfortable to hold and quiet when placing it on the table. It gives it good protection for drops as well. Esthetically it is a lovely cup. What I am dissatisfied with is that it holds smells. I love flavored creamers in my coffee and after a single use two months ago, the cup still smells of the creamer I used. I washed it immediately after use, and have washed it multiple times since, leaving it with the lid off to air dry and the smell has faded, but is still lingering. Now, if you don’t plan on using the cup for anything else, this might not be an issue to you, but I wanted to use it for other hot beverages and also use other creamers in my coffee.

Just what I was looking for! No metallic taste in my coffee. Enjoyable to drink from with the thin body sides. However, it’s a bit of a mess trying to drink from the actual lid (too thick and it’s not comfortable with a hot drink- why do they do that??) I hate lukewarm coffee that I get after a short time in my ceramic travel mugs. This one kept my coffee decently hot after a few hours sitting in the car. Holds so much more coffee than my 12oz even though it’s not that much larger in size. Recommend!
