I would rate this 20oz tumbler 4.5 stars. However, I erred on 5 since it is the best tumbler I've found on the market. It is thoughtfully designed in every way. PROS: - CERAMIC COATING! Coffee tastes so much better in ceramic than stainless steel. - Large capacity while still fitting in the cup holder! - So easy to clean! Every single part of the lid disassembles, making it super easy to clean every crevice, and easy to re-assemble. - This keeps my drinks super hot! The heat retention is so good that I started using this as my regular mug at home, not just when leaving the house! Even without a lid on, it will keep my coffee hot for at least 30-60 minutes. With the lid, obviously, it's much longer! - Leak proof! Honestly, when I saw the lid, I did not expect this thing to be so leak proof. Then, I brought it to church with me where I was singing in the worship team. I put my mug under a seat in the sanctuary, and stood up on the front platform. During service, I gazed across the room and saw, to my horror, the cup had fallen over. I thought for sure that the coffee would have spilled all over the low-pile carpet. But alas, it did not, and I didn't have to admit to anyone that I brought coffee into the sanctuary haha. Which leads me to a con.. CONS: - It's top heavy and easier to tip over, especially when placed on a surface like low pile carpet. This is probably a feature of it being wider at the top than on the bottom, in order to make it fit in car cup holders. Thank goodness it's spill proof! - The ceramic started chipping after only a few uses. It's minor, but seems to be multiplying every time I wash. I never put it in the dishwasher or use the abrasive side of the sponge. To be fair, I am yet to meet a ceramic coated travel mug that does not have this problem. I think this could be the perfect cup if it was made into an 18oz without the asymmetrical width, and had a more durable ceramic coating. But until then, I will always be using this cup because it's so far the best around!

I have this mug in two colors and they are the only travel mugs I use! I don't prefer metal tumblers for coffee as I personally pick up on a metallic taste. Most ceramic mugs don't keep coffee warm for 20 minutes. This mug is the best of both worlds, the metal under the ceramic keeps coffee hot for about 2 hours and there is never a metallic taste. These mugs are cute and the material on the outside keeps the cup from getting damaged, even when dropped. Unlike most double walled tumblers, these are dishwasher safe and easy to keep clean. The ceramic doesn't get stained by coffee over time. The vacuum seal on the lid keeps liquids inside effectively, but it will spill if knocked over. I have dropped these cups multiple times and they don't even chip. Everything about these mugs are great!

It keeps the coffee hot for a while, I got it specifically for the ceramic or at least non metallic coating. My wife calls me crazy but I can taste the difference when the drink comes from a metal mug. I thought the outside was painted on but it is simply a rubber sleeve that the cup slides in and out of. After a short time the sleeve loosened up and slips down the cup. Kind of a pain when using a cup holder in the car and the sleeve slides down every time I try and pick up the cup. Hence, minus one star.

This is the best tumbler I have EVER had and I’ve tried over 25! I can’t rave about this enough! Never a metallic taste- everything tastes like it Should! This keeps your drink cold for almost 24 hours. I can make iced coffee at dinner and wake up to it still having ice cubes! It’s portable fits in car drink holders looks like new after more than a year of constant 24/7 use, it’s comfortable to hold, feels great to drink out if, easy to clean. I was just admiring it again as I sipped my coffee and thought gee I should share this with others and tell them to grab one while they can. Excellent!!

Finally a good ceramic lined mug! I have never liked traditional thermoses because I can’t stand drinking from metal, and had randomly found a ceramic travel mug many years ago at a box store and loved it. That one was misplaced in a move and I’d been unable to find a replacement. Finally came across this one in a best of list and liked that it was lined fully with ceramic. The only non-coated steel is under the silicone skin (which can be removed to clean, but it’s very tight-fitting so I haven’t had to). I got the cream terrazzo color because it was a good price and I actually like it way more than I expected? Very cute. It’s hefty but not any heavier than my sibling’s dozen stanley mugs. Definitely not as heavy as a fully ceramic travel mug, and so much more efficient. I have used it for milkshakes and they stay freezing cold in warm humid rooms for many hours. I can’t speak to commuting with it, or tossing it around more, but for my needs it’s ideal. Also, some reviews have said they couldn’t clean the cover and the opening cover can’t be cleaned, but that piece easily pops off, which lets you clean and dry the whole area. Apply a small amount of pressure from underneath the partially closed cover and it will come off. It snaps in, so maybe not as straightforward as the brands that use the magnet design, but it absolutely is fully cleanable, and easily! The cover also snaps closed nicely and seems quite leak resistant!

Best travel mug ever . Hold significant heat longer and the ceramic lining make it easy to use for both tea and coffee with no flavour exchange.

El color es exactamente igual al de la foto, es un rosa muy suave, el termo es pesado y si mantiene caliente el líquido, me encantó.

It is a premium, well designed and well manufactured product. No foreign tastes, thanks to ceramic coating and nice silicone outside jacket is simply perfect. But then a lid! Cheap plastic does not seal, flimsy and spoils all experience.

It is leakproof keep things hot. I absolutely love it.
