simply the best curry paste available.

Only tried the Masaman so far, but it was delicious. The only improvement I would like is if they came with a lid to reseal them. There are only two of us, so we do not use up the whole container on one meal - and really we make enough for 4 and still had leftover. Not a big issue - I just covered it and stored in the fridge. Looking forward to trying the other flavors. We love Thai food, and this tasted just like our favorite restaurant seasoning.

The Massaman and Panang Curry Paste are quite good and even spicey. Use these with coconut milk to blend according to your taste buds. Didn’t like yhe Green Curry Paste at all. I assume it’s just a matter of taste and what you use it with. These are the closest I’ve come to my favorite Thai restaurant. You can add to rice, potatoes or vegetables and chicken. Much better than grocery varieties and not pricey.

I'm no expert on Thai food or even cooking in general, but I can tell you this stuff is amazing. I've only tried the Masaman so far, but it was delicious.- saute some veggies with a little oil (add protein too if you like and cook it mostly)- add a can of the paste and continue to saute for couple of minutes- add a can of coconut milk, simmer for 10 minutes, stir frequently- Service with some riceDONE. You've got a $20 restaurant curry in 15 minutes for a few dollars.

I have tried other products, I have tried powders, bottles ready made ,but this by far is the best one there is. Totally worth it!
