First time using. Work as expected

I don’t know if it’s the glutamine or the tea that I put it in every morning, but every morning and sometimes afternoon the bathroom is my holy grail. I also don’t taste it either

I can't speak to this product's efficacy yet since I've only had 2 scoops, but I want ppl to know it's NOT unflavored. Don't put it in your coffee for sure. Maybe the tangy taste would be hidden in a smoothie or something with more flavors involved. But right now, I'm choking down my coffee and trying to think of another method to ingest L-glutamine.

Like this product seems to be very good quality hopefully the price stays affordable.

I used this product in my smoothies and I actually feel like it helped with my bloating. It’s unflavored and it blends easily into my smoothies and juice. I’ll definitely continue using this.

Finally a powder supplement that's economical (actually contains a lot of servings.) This is much more cost friendly than pill form.The only thing is I would say is even tho it says unflavored you can definitely taste something in certain beverages. It's not TERRIBLE but I definitely wouldn't do this in water. Not a problem for me bc I always add to smoothies that I put a lot of other things in as well so the flavor is pretty much hidden in everything else. Definitely a great supplement otherwise!

It’s easy to mix with any beverage. It has no taste. I’ve noticed that this L glutamine has helped with my bloating. It comes with a scooper.

This is a great option for glutamine needs. It arrives in a small container that fortunately doesn't have a ton of empty air in it. It was safety sealed and included a serving scoop, though annoyingly, my scoop was buried at the bottom of the container under all the powder and I really had to dig in there to get it out. The powder is a flour-like consistency but it dissolves quickly and without clumping. I mix it with beta-alanine (also from Nui Nutra) and my BCAA drink mix and fortunately the glutamine doesn't affect the flavor of the drink, which I prefer.I do notice a difference in my post-workout muscle soreness when on glutamine vs when not. Soreness or DOMS is minimized dramatically and allows my muscles to function at near-full strength output in the next workout. I combine this powder with beta-alanine and BCAAs for a more complete suite of muscle recovery prowess.Overall this is a great option for glutamine. It absorbs quicker for me than a pill supplement and the value is good for the amount. Highly recommended.
