It is much faster than using a cloud service, or using an external USB cable (which sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't!) and a clever design. The standard USB Type 2 plug is hinged over the top of the micro-USB plug that your phone uses. There is also a Type C USB plug for more modern phones. However, the micro-USB plug will work even with phones that have a USB 3.0 interface (like the Samsung Galaxy S5). Clever design and great functionality.
This little product is a much-needed item for those that use their phones for pictures and video. Great for multiple needs!
After 3 purchases, found one that covers all my needs. 3 different connects are awesome! Take things off my Samsung phone and transfer easily to my tablet or computer. Awesome and easy.

as advertised (so far)
This thing fit the package of everything i wanted. The size is perhaps the only downside being only 32GB. (29 total) Its made of metal so it wont come off my keychain and its got USB C. works with my phone! didnt even see the micro USB but its a plus!!

Works well, but pulls apart
The metal parts of this USB drive are held together by nothing but friction, so if you hold it wrong when pulling it out of a device, the metal pieces can separate. Yes, you can push it right back together again, but I don't like a design that allows the device to fall apart so easily, exposing the inside circuitry.

Great USB C flash arrived on time.
This USBC flash drive is amazing. I was able to "move" and/or "copy" dozens of files from my Samsung phone's internal storage as well as it's additional external storage chip. Great for storing videos, then plug in and play on cell phone, tablets or laptop, desktop. The convenience factor of this product is, there 2 ends with 3 pins which can be used on my PC as well.
