NOT HIGH QUALITY BUT MORE THAN ADEQUATE

An inexpensive pair roof vents. I think they are Stainless Steel and not Aluminium as they are of a strong design. Sold in 3 parts. 2 parts press together, and the 3rd, the top cover fixes with a single self tapping screw. Mine are now fitted and certainly work well.
