I got this for my mom and honestly it gets the job done PATIENCE IS KEY I REPEAT PATIENCE IS KEY!!!! You got to do it 3 times the steps over again in order it’s almost like when you have to get a soak off at the salon. It’s great I recommend the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it’s not like one and done 😂😂😂

This made the removal of my gel nails quicker that it would have been with out. It's definitely a time saver. The first one I received had missing pieces but was quickly replaced with a box that had all the pieces in it. I took off a star because of how my package was sent to me. It was sent in the original box (which is thin cardboard). It could have been crushed in shipment without protection but thankfully it was not. Someone could have easily opened it up and took what they wanted out of it. They would of had to tear the shipping lable to do that though. It was a good buy. Im happy with my purchase.

I absolutely love this product. The process of removing the gel nail polish from my daughter's nails was seamless from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised with how very little nail polish remover was needed for both hands. Best part, removing the gel nail polish was quick and painless. NOTE: It took two cycles for each hand to completely remove all of the gel polish and residue...but, it took less time, even with the two cycles, than it would've taken had we used the soak off method. Definitely buying this as a Christmas present for a few of my friends and family members who I know get gel manicures.

Very excited to get and use this product. Just follow the directions. Sand off the top clear coats of your nail. Turn it on, wait for the light to green stick your hand in till it turns yellow. I used the scrapper tool from the box. Took 1 finger out at a time so the rest stayed warm. (They start to harden with the cooler air) Scrapped the powered part off. Not 100% came off but a good amount. Stuck my finger back in and continued with the next nail. during this process the machine shut off. I left my hand in and turned it back on. It took 1 plus cycles to get 2 layers of dip off. I put on three layers this time to make them a bit thicker. Can’t wait to try this again

This does work but it doesn’t remove gel any faster than topically. It is easier though.Still toxic chemicals but yes- works as described. Have used several times.
