I had this head unit installed in my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I had a pretty expensive Insane Audio head unit it that was previously installed but it only supported Android and I have an Iphone so it didn't support blue tooth when talking or some other features so I wanted to replace it with something IOS supported. I did order a wiring harness that supported my vehicle because I have a system in my jeep. The guy that did the install said that it was pretty easy to install with no difficulties. The only complaint that I would have which isn't much of a complaint is that I wish this unit had the volume knob. Trying to adjust the volume up (or down) is a challenge while driving. After reading other reviews I noticed that I could contact customer support to get my personal pics added and a custom logo for my Jeep. I emailed them, sent them 2 pics and asked for the jeep logo. They sent the file back to me Asap along with the latest software upgrade. Downloading the files into my head unit was very simple. The unit I bought came with a back up camera that has a crystal clear screen, a manual equalizer so that I can adjust my sound system, Apple car play, which I love for my GPS, Touchscreen which works great without having to press it with authority. Since the head unit doesn't have a volume knob, I do LOVE the remote, it allows me to be able to get the volume down or up quicker than using the touchscreen. I will be ordering a lapel mic bc people are having a hard time hearing me but that is bc I have a soft top of my jeep and loud rock climbing tires so tire noise along with wind noise is drowning me out which has nothing to do with the head unit of course. As far as the product is concerned, you can’t beat the quality of the touch screen convenience for an affordable price. I bought this unit around Thanksgiving and paid $99 with the coupon. It’s functional and easy to use, I am impressed with the clear view and quality of the product over all. No complaints so far, would def recommend to others.

This is my third Chinese head unit. My previous two were OK, they just became outdated and I wanted something more compatible with my iPhone then I had previously.The install was routine for these types of units and I did not encounter any difficulties with this one. There are less setup options available than my previous units, but I'm not complaining. This unit had all the settings I needed.Support sent me the latest update along with a vehicle branded startup screen for my Dodge. Nice touch.I installed this unit the day before I took a 4 day trip from Vero Beach FL to Charleston SC. I have to say this unit made the trip much better than its predecessors. The Apple Car Play made it so easy to use the GPS, music, and phone simultaneously. Making it very easy to function while driving. Touchscreens are always iffy for me, but this one seemed to work flawlessly. I did have a little trouble with the volume adjustment as the side keys are small on the touchscreen and not always easy to tap while in a moving car, but generally they were OK. I guess I always have the remote if I need it. The sound quality is good, not great, but good enough if you adjust the EQ. I gave it a 5 for sound because it's as good as you can expect for this kind of cash. The rear camera picture is really nice, but is subject to the limitation of your camera. I have a very good camera and this unit was able to let me see that. As it has a remote mic connection on the back, I also ordered a lapel mic to use with it. Good choice on my part. I highly recommend you do so if you have issues with car noise and being heard by others. Installing the external mic greatly improved my conversation quality.Overall I am very happy with this unit and support was very prompt. Good job by them. No complaints there. I have not experienced any quality issues with this unit thus far.UPDATE3 months later. I have settled in with all the settings exactly how I like them and I’ve had plenty of time to get to know my unit. My opinion hasn’t changed. I’m really happy with this unit. The remote has proven to be very helpful in using my unit while driving. I find it much easier to use the remote for left navigation ( such as volume and play/pause) as I can keep my eyes on the road without trying to tap a tiny target with my finger. Much safer and better results. It’s a small thing, but then, it’s really not.As I continued to mess with the EQ I was able to get the sound exactly where I like it. So I’m very happy with that. I also like to listen to my progressive rock (think SAGA, Rush, Pink Floyd) very load. I’ve discovered that the noise ratio at high volumes is quite acceptable. My speakers can handle it, so even at full volume the distortion is minimal enough that you can’t hear it over the road noise. Sweet. As the Doobie Brothers once sang…I’ll be ‘rockin’ down the highway’.One last note: this unit has been extremely reliable thus far. No complaints at all.

Read if you are curious, but main point, started not working right 3 days after 30 day return window and now I am out $160. Made in china, customer service in china, nothing I can do!!Was pleasantly surprised out of the box. Sounded fine, nothing special, ease of use nothing special but not bad and apple carplay which was a main reason for this model was great! Customer service is not US based nor is it a phone. You have to use facebook, send a message, and really get a response next day because it is nighttime over there. No worries, not ideal but I worked through. This is a weekend work truck i put it in, didn't want anything special or high end so I was, again, perfectly happy with the product...3 DAYS past 30 day return window it started going spastic! First time it happened, all radio stations are gone, carplay no longer works, and for whatever reason the EQ goes flat (sounds TERRIBLE) and only out of front passenger speaker. So after being frustrated, I calm down and think, maybe a glitch, it happens, lets redo the settings and see if it still works. Go to sound/EQ settings, put it back to center sound, change EQ and we are back to good sound again. Huh... weird but alright, at least it still works. Phone is still connected via bluetooth, but carplay still won't work! Same phone, same cord, no changes, just won't work! Put it in reverse, camera is upside down, so I had to change that setting back. Next time I get in car, still no car play but rest of setting still good. Again weird but, I guess I'll make do even though I am upset about it as carplay was a factor for getting this model.Well, since then, it has reverted settings two more times! Obviously something wrong. Its not a battery loss issue and again, my phone reconnects each time, it's just scrambling the settings!?!? Now I am 7 days over 30, apparently nothing I can do and am out $160. Going to get a name brand, from a store, where if I have an issue after 30 days I can explain to a manager and they can make the call to take care of the customer!

The media could not be loaded.  I did a lot of research on double din head units before settling on this guy. I owned a Chinese head unit once before and it worked fine for about a year then right after my warranty ended the touch screen stopped working. Support was garbage too. So I was hesitant to go with another one. but all the premium brands want to charge $500+ for a similar unit that doesn't have all the features this one does. Sorry Pioneer, Sony, Boss, Alpine, etc.. but it's true.Initially, I went with a Boss unit. It was okay but had a LOT of noise in the sound and the CD player always spun.I finally gave up on that one and chose this unit. I really wanted the RDS (Radio Data Service) feature as it advertised it had it. But it does NOT have RDS. So that's why I gave it four stars.Other than that, it works beautifully! In fact I didn't even have to wire up anything because the Boss harness fit right into this unit!Video & Music:The MicroSD slot works beautifully. Videos and music that I formatted m4v loaded up quickly and played perfectly.Connecting my iPhone 13 mini worked perfectly as well. Playing videos from it was displayed in a strange green hue which sorta killed playing videos from my phone. Audio was clear and crisp.The audio levels between all modes was a bit different. If I played the radio it was loud and clean. But playing audio from the SD card or phone, the volume was lower. So there is that.Interface:The interface is easy to understand and navigate. similar to my boss unit and very snappy.Customer Service:Strictly through email. It's in china. So expect to wait 24 hours for a response. The routine is, connect up the head unit, make sure it works like it should. Then contact customer support for an updated firmware. At this point, they will give you two firmware updates that will allow you to customize the boot up screen and the background image.Since my last Chinese unit ("Joying" product) died within a year, we will see how this unit plays in a year. I bought the extended warranty this time ;)So far, I love it.FYI, the little white corner in the bottom right of the screen is the protective film from shipping. I left it on.

As far as the product is concerned, you can’t beat the quality for the price. Complete touch screen convenience for a more than affordable price. It’s functional and easy to use. Mine came with the backup camera and I am impressed with the clear view and quality of the product over all…Having said all of that, I am going to take it a step further and share my experience. I was in the process of doing multiple jobs to an older pickup and thought an inexpensive touch screen radio complete with Apple/android audio would be the cherry on top. When I received the unit I quickly unboxed it and refreshed myself with the installation. I quickly realized for my situation I would need other support products (wire harness adapter kits specific for my vehicle as with any install these days) the unit sat unboxed while I waited for the rest of the parts to arrive and I continued on with my “other projects” and when I cleaned up, I THREW AWAY the wire harnesses that come with the unit. I reached out through Amazon to the seller and in no time they sent me out the whole wire harness kit for FREE! They were so helpful and I was shocked that customer service still exists! Then after I received the harnesses, I realized that the installation guide was included in my garbage run. So I reached out to Sjoybring’s fb page and they were also super helpful and quickly sent me the entire manual through fb messenger and answered all of my questions very promptly. I can’t tell you how shockingly thrilled I am to have two great customer service encounters for the same issue (even though it was all completely my fault) and for that reason think this product is even more worthwhile. I will say that my pickup has Bose premium sound and if I had a complaint it would be that without and additional amplifier I am unable to use the fade or balance due to only two RCA speaker inputs (meaning I will have no fade or balance) but I am ok with that given the situation.
