I ordered these because I love all things disco ball related! They are cute and function well as straws. Some of the mirrored pieces were not put on well and weren’t as pretty. The bulk of them were fine though.

Great time to take a sip and look cool too. Sparkling little disco balls added onto straws, will be great for a party or by the pool. And for young or older.

The media could not be loaded.  The disco balls on these straws are made out of a styrofoam ball with little mirrored squares glued on. Not sure what the mirrored pieces are made of; the product listing only lists plastic under “material,” but it looks and feels like glass. The edges are a little sharp, which wouldn’t be a huge deal except that on a few of my straws, the mirrored bits were glued on kind of haphazardly, and some are loose and already starting to fall off. I worry about people cutting their fingers on these, or worse, accidentally ingesting them if a piece fell off into their drink. I’m not sure I can use these, at least not all of them. However, the ones that were glued on more carefully are REALLY cute and sparkly. If you plan to order these, you may want to order extra pack(s) in case you end up with defective straws like I did.

These straws are perfect for kids and adults alike. Who doesn't love a good time drinking a chocolate milk with a disco ball straw? Or your OJ (perhaps with a bit of vodka if you're old enough according to weird rules of different countries).

Oh these disco ball straws a so much FUN!We entertain family and friends a lot at our house and we host a monthly Cocktail Club for friends. I am always looking for fun things to make these get-togethers even more fun. These straws are a hit!The straws are actually very well made and feel like a quality straw versus something flimsy and cheap. The disco balls are firmly attached to the straws and the mirror tiles on them are attached very well. The straws themselves are made of a thick plastic and have an iridescent sheen to them.The straws can be hand-washed and reused. I definitely would NOT put these in the dishwasher! Just run hot soapy water through each straw and place upright to allow all the water to escape. I've had no issue with washing these straws thoroughly.The disco balls reflect the light in the room and casts small sparkles everywhere. Just so much fun! I'm really looking forward to using these straws for patio parties outside in the Summer.I haven't used these straws with kids, but I'm sure they would love them. I can say that adults definitely appreciate the fun and humor in using disco balls straws.
