Very Useful (-and Beautiful) 14 Gauge Piece of Silver!
I’ve never stamped this silver, but I’ve done other great things with it! This sterling silver is lovely to work with. I am a beginner metalsmith (-only two weeks in!), and I have purchased the 14 gauge, the 16 gauge, and, the 18 gauge from this seller. I have used all pieces up, and, have returned to get more! I saw it, anneal it, solder it, pickle it, hammer it, and… LOVE IT! I have made the rings pictured, with these sheets. I used a scrap of the 14 gauge left over from my wide plain bands pictured, to make the hammered organic rectangle bowl ring, and another tiny scrap to make the hammered stacker rings in the three ring sets in the other photos. The 18 gauge is the easiest to work with, of course, the 16 gauge is a tad trickier, and, the 14 was a challenge to bend and shape into a ring…that being said, the result was WELL worth it, as, the 14 gauge created a couple of GORGEOUS chunky bands, and, the lovely hammered pieces!! Reliable seller, high quality items, every time. I’ll be back!

I have to admit I was a little worried ordering silver from another seller on Amazon, but the reviews made me think otherwise. I'm glad I bought this sterling silver sheet. The right gage (21), the right hardness (dead soft), and the right measurements (6" X 3"). I'm extremely pleased with this product!!! 10/10!
