Highly recommended for hEDS rotator cuff and biceps tears support.
These bands have significantly lessened my rotator cuffs and biceps tendon SLAP tears pain. Allows me to use my arms during PT, supports extra painful days, and more comfortable sleep! MUCH easier than taping and no skin allergy (MCAS) symptoms. These AREN’T a cure, and are a great support.
