It was a nice product you just need to get your perfect size which might take a bit of trial and error. I bought the trainer with the clasps and band. The reviews were contradictory some saying too small while others too big. I decided to go with a large based on the size chart. I have recently gained a lot of weight and went up from a size 6/8 to am size 10/12 or M/L at 175lbs. The large did fit but only on the last clasps, since I intend to shed the weight I would have no adjustments for a tighter fit. I am unsure of my actual waist size but it's between 32-34 inches. no more than 34, so I am going to order a Medium and will update on the fitment. Good luck with your purchase.

Loved how it had a zipper and a button up to it. Very easy to put on. It was a bit small tho so would definitely size up.

Too small, typical for chinese products. I would guess the 3xl is more like a us 18.

Off top I like that this item I received was ACTUALLY the item I ordered. This one is comfortable , I try to wear it as soon as I shower after the gym. I feel like it is comfortable however it may not be long enough for me because if I have it up my lower pouch sticks out, if I have it down my upper back fats under my bra stick out. But it is comfortable and it isn't too hard to put on and I am still able to breathe in it.

If you have a short torso, like me, I would not recommend. (It bunches up) So i just wear it around the house.I like the all around look and feel of it though! Great design

Before buying I was looking at the comments to go down a size.. which I should have went with my instinct and bought my actual size. I’m a large and bought a medium, only the first 4 claps shut and was unable to latch the rest of the clap thingys. 😢
