Get the right model...
This battery is exactly that, a battery. Seller sent exactly what they said very quickly. Make sure you go by phone model and not battery model. As I learned, even side by side I couldn't tell the difference between batteries, but sure enough, I had ordered the wrong one! Looked identical... Did not work.

Bought this battery for an old phone I found in my drawer I had when I was a teenager just to see what was on it lol! Fit perfectly and came charged actually!

Defective
I ordered this LG V10 model BL-45B1F 3000mAh battery from you. I was looking forward to having a spare battery for my phone.Unfortunately, this battery is totally useless. It would not charge or work at all and was a complete waste of my money.Usually, I would send you a message instead of posting a negative review. I attempted to do this as I believe it to be only fair, but I was not able to do so. To say I am not pleased is an understatement. Please advise.Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.

Update - vendor contacted me and issued a full refund - much appreciated. Bought this replacement for my wife, and it didn’t last but a week before it started dying after an hour of use. We went back to the older battery which would last at least a few hours, and now ordering a new one.
