These are cheap but effective stretchable spiral bracelets with key ring on the end of it. These are not expensive, or high-quality, you get what you get for the price. They fit well over my wrist - which I have like a medium to large female wrist. Not small- but not overly large. It fit well, didn’t bite into my wrist and held up. The stretch is pretty good but it doesn’t feel sturdy so you don’t want to yank too hard. These will be perfect for what I need them to do.

Great supply of stable coils for attaching to clickers given to my dog training clients. Delighted with the quality, the color choices and order was seamless. They're not impervious to failture so I wouldn't go so far as to say they're sturdy and I can't speak to their durability but I'm very pleased with them nevertheless. These should last me a couple of years.
