Excelente y muy bonito cable para bocina multifilar
Me sorprendió la resistencia de los hilos, su cantidad, son más de los 26 (conté casi 40 por polo) que normalmente encontramos en los cables de cobre del mismo calibre (16). El forro me gustó, suave pero resistente y las pruebas de sonido fueron coherentes, sin pérdida. No necesitan más. Gran precio también. Un cable muy bonito.

We Like It Loud. Me Too My Friend, Me Too
Today’s purchase is the DS18 branded 16 gauge speaker wire, 100 feet spool. I did in fact get five, 20 feet runs, for each of the 5 channels of my small amplifier. These runs were more than ample length to reach the speaker locations. Each pair is wired in parallel at the speaker terminals and then run to the amp via a single run per channel. This is how I was able to wire four tweeters, four midrange speakers, and two subwoofers to my 5 channel amplifier on a single spool, with some extra to wire up the garage stereo as well. I really prefer black and red jackets, and was looking for some good quality 16 gauge wire that would hold up to the job I had planned for it, roughly 17V, 10A per channel in vehicle, and up to 40V, 22.5A in the garage. This offer totally checked all the boxes and was an amazing value for the money. The wire itself seems to be a decent strand count, with a nice thick jacket for thermal and interference protection. The wire is very pliable, which is a total plus, making it super easy to work with, maneuvering around all the tight places. The one down side for some people might be the CCA, but not for me. The loss in efficiency at this level is negligible, with no audible difference in sound quality. I have used CCA for almost years and don’t have anything negative to express, so I am super confident that this wire will last a very long time. If you’re like me, and prefer black and red jacketed, quality wire from a name you can trust, then I would highly recommend giving them a try.

Over all just a super quality speaker wire. Worth buying!!!! Just wish it came with a DS18 sticker 😂
