Each ear bud works separately and will not work at the same time. You can only use 1 ear piece at a time. This was not mentioned in the description when buying. Not worth the buy if you can’t listen to both ear buds.

The charge don’t last long

Ear buds have to connect separately, then only one works at a time. Even if the left one pairs first and works, it will stop transmitting sound when the other ear bud becomes paired and starts to play sound. This was purchased as a previously returned item…now I know why. It will be returned again now.

I bought these as a gift for my husband. He absolutely loves them- the quality is great and they look so sleek. Not too bulky. After about 3 weeks he accidentally stepped on a bud, breaking it.. I reached out to customer service, and they very quickly and painlessly replaced it for him! Great experience.

These suck. They don't last very long. You have to keep charging them. Not a product I'd recommend to anyone.

I wasn't expecting Apple Airpod quality, but I was expecting for them to disconnect from my phone every 15 minutes. I was expecting more than 2 hours of battery life. It's too much of a headache to return them. They got me with these. Doubt I'll buy anything from SOAR again. Right now it's more like SORE. I am not a person that complains, but I regret this purchase. Geaux Tigers
