ORGANIKA BONE BROTH BEEF PROT POWD 300G

This is a bone broth with a pleasant clean taste. Just a hint of ginger. I put a heaping teaspoon and poured boiling water over and stirred. It is easy to drink; similar to drinking just hot water (with a bit if viscosity) and a hint of ginger. Note: It DOES NOT taste like “broth” for a soup base, not salty at all. Does not taste like beef either LMAO!! I love a good soup broth and I love Pho etc., and I’d totally sip on a soup broth. But that is not the point for this product, so the flavour is pretty bang on in my opinion. Also: just a personal preference, I love pure plain ginger root and wouldn’t mind even more ginger added. For me it really has just a subtle hint of ginger.

I didn’t like the consistency or the flavor. It did not dissolve easily in liquid. I even emailed the company directly and nobody responded. Very disappointed at the fact that I could not return it.

I added it to hot water and used a wisk and it still looked like this (photos) big sticky clumps. Id say it tastes like death, but Its my first time ever tasting it, so what do I know, maybe its supposed to taste like this…. I often buy other products from this brand and I am never disapointed…. But this….

Giving it 4 stars because it is a good product and the taste is not as bad as I feared.
