Great little kit, but get your own needles. I think only one of the needles it comes with is actually big enough to thread with the thread it comes with. Wish they just provided a few the right size instead of 30 that are too small. The carry case is great though.

This is a compact little kit for quick fixes. The needles need replaced though with more ridged steel ones....the ones in the kit are too flimsy. But the rest of the kit is very nice.

My dad taught me to be as self sufficient as I could. My biological mother did not. It's no surprise then that I can change a tire, check my oil, replace my windshield wipers and put together furniture. However, when it comes to sewing, those little needles, well, freaked me out. I have a coat that I really love. It's perfect for me, but the buttons have been coming loose for years, and so I kind of was dressing the day those buttons didn't work anymore. I started a new job and decided, you know what? Now's the time to fix those buttons, so I got this kit. While there were no instructions, YouTube is a very handy place, and now? Threading a needle doesn't scare me because I watched a video on how to use a needle threader. Something that has been around my entire life and I could have been doing this all along???? Watch out world. I'm going to be sewing up the tiny holes in my clothes next! This kit is the perfect size. It's not too large, not too small. It has a variety of colored thread, a whole bunch of needles, two needle threads, as well as scissors and other items you may need. I busted this bad boy out and a few Youtube videos later, I had my favorite coat back. The price was really great for what you get as well, and the case is very sturdy, zipped up fine, and now it's in my arsenal. Highly recommended!

This is a great kit to have for emergencies, especially when traveling. I keep it in my to go bag. Never know when I'm going to need it. Plan to get more. It's great to give as a gift for any level of sewers. The ease of using the bag is great.
