Company Must Have Information!
Whether you are working in a company for years or just starting out, the WE principles are a must for you! Not only are they easy to understand, the WE strategies are a breeze to implement. If you simply take them a spoonful at a time, and just strive for a 1% increase in your efforts each day, you will be shocked how far you can get after a year. This philosophy is important for the one at the top, to the ones at the bottom, creating a true team effort that will drive the company to success on autopilot.

So critical in today's work culture
I have read many motivational and management books in my 25+ years in call centers, but this one hits the mark on developing a culture of trust and growth in both your personal and home life better than any. The book helps to develop a path to create a culture of collaboration and ownership within any organization. I cannot stress enough how good this book is as a lesson guide to creating long lasting employee relationships, growth, and success in any organization.

Transformation Leadership Principles
The down to earth approach in this book hooked me right away, and then I couldn't put it down. These principles may seem simple, but it's fascinating to think about how much we forget about the basics in the workplace. The book gave real-life examples and guidance on how to engrain them in your everyday. This was such a transformational read for me and I'm already seeing the benefits in my organization.

Resonates from the executive suite to the front line
The 10 WEs are not completely new or novel ideas, but the concepts are presented in the most approachable way I have ever seen. The 10 WEs resonate with everyone from front line employees to middle managers to executive leaders. It is language that can be easily remembered and called into use during nearly any conversation. They became axioms interjected into nearly every conversation with my team . A team member surprised by the amount of feedback on a presentation? We challenge each other. Busy but not delivering results? We measure ourselves by outcomes, not activity. Fails to meet a deadline? We say what we are going to do, then we do it. There is a WE for nearly every circumstance I face as leader.

📝
The principles might not introduce entirely new concepts, but they are presented in a very accessible manner. They resonate with everyone, from new hires to high-level executives. The language is straightforward and easy to apply in day-to-day conversations. I’ve found these concepts extremely useful with my team. For example, when team members get overwhelmed by feedback, we use it to motivate improvement. When we’re busy but not getting results, we focus on what truly matters. And when deadlines aren’t met, we hold ourselves accountable to our commitments. These ideas are relevant for almost every leadership scenario I deal with.
