The Dinosaur That Pooped a Planet!

My toddler loves this book and thinks it is hilarious! I even really enjoy the book and have gifted it to my friends kids! They have reported back that their toddler also enjoys the book!

I bought this for my grandson. I read it before giving it to him for his parents to read to him. The illustrations in the book are excellent, beautiful. With that being said, I'm not totally comfortable with the story. It's a little out there for me. But maybe that's what the younger generation likes? I think I'm pretty modern for a grandma, but all I can say is, I just don't know. I guess I expected it to be more for potty training and helping little ones being comfortable going potty. ***Update: My daughter says my grandson loves this book and he thinks it’s very funny. So I’ll change my 3 stars to 5, since it’s his book and he loves it.

This is one of my FAVORITE books to read to my 5yo. I bought it for him when he was 4. I dont know that I've ever read the entire book with a straight face. It is a work of pure genius and one of the most fun rhyming books ive ever had the pleasure of reading. I am buying the rest of the books in this defecating dino series

We originally found this book at the library, read it, loved it, and decided to order on Amazon. It’s such a fun and FUNNY book. There are more versions of it by the author as well that we hope to purchase in the future!

My son loves to read this book, but I make my husband read it to him.

I got this for my kids, because lets face it, most kids are entertained by poop and conversations about poop. That being said this book is great. The story flows well and I love all the rhyming. It is a very fun book to read to kids. Both my daughters absolutely love it. They want me to read it over and over. Highly recommend.

It’s funny and silly enough for kids but my 7 year old isn’t too impressed with it. He can read it with very little help though so it’s grate for helping him improve his reading.

I bought this book for my 6 year old brother for Christmas and it has easily become both of our favorites! The first time I read it to him we were both in tears from laughing so hard. He instantly insisted we had to read it to our entire family, by the end of it we had the rest of the family cracking up. I read to him every night I am home and I've read this book so many times already that I've nearly gotten the entire thing memorized! It is so silly and fun that you can't help but love it!

The kids loved it. They thought that all of the poop was brilliant. It’s a definite bedtime story favourite here!

Both of my children love The Dinosaur That Pooped series of books and this is another bedtime favourite of my sons. There's something about Dinosaurs and poop that seems to be an immediate hit with my son and although he is too young to read yet he always knows when to shout Poo! in line with the story. The book starts with Danny and Dinosaur going to the space museum as they are bored. They end up on a space rocket in space when Danny and Dinosaur realise they have forgotten their lunch. Dinosaur is soooo hungry he eats everything he can see including all of their rocket, martians and mars cats and even a chunk of the moon. When Danny gets upset as he realises they have no way home, Dinosaur starts to plot a master plan to get them back home which anyone who's read any of the series can probably guess what the plan is! My son thinks all of the range is absolutely hilarious and even though we have now read this book what must be in excess of 50 times, my son still laughs our loud and this is a regular bedtime book request along with the others in the series. A very easy and well deserved 5 star marking for this book.

Really funny! My nephews enjoyed it, and I enjoyed reading it with them.
