Got to bring to my home in italy. Its extremely hard to find good Japanese and Asian stuff like this over there. Ive only found something similar in Milano which is 2hr from where I live in veneto. There are Asian shops but its mainly chinese. Still good. Just love my miso soup every day. I grew up having it with rice and a side of natto. Or with dinner. Hope this tastes good. Haven't tried it yet. Can't buy this on Amazon/ italy. Even if you could, unless you use the Amazon lockers, theres vat scam. Which is a pain. Plus items on Amazon/italy cost a lot more. It costs less for me to fill a suitcase full of food items to bring over. Actually priced it out. And I do check what is legal to bring in. Been doing this for 5 years and 0 trouble with customs at fco, Mxp and vce.

I bought these flakes to add to my miso soup. I forgot to use them the first time, and when I remembered the second time it was clear they really improve the soup. I love that they're in small packets, keeping everything fresh longer. The price was in line with other retailers and not overly expensive.

I like to cook Japanese food. One of my favorite dishes is agedashi tofu and these fish flakes are the proper topping to that dish. I looked locally in Asian food stores but could not find the Bonito dried fish flakes. I’m so happy Amazon carries them and that I was able to order them. They are perfect topping to many Japanese dishes…

I know this is supposed to be for human consumption but my cat went crazy for it. Cheap topper and gives them added protein. The fake were a little more crushed than some of the others I have bought but they seemed fresh.

I make kimchi every couple of months. I love how the bags are perfectly portioned for what I need. Great quality, great price.

These bonito flakes are always so good. I love them on top of tofu salad or okonomiyaki. Because they are individually wrapped they always stay fresh too - will buy again and again.

takoyaki isn't good without these.
