1st time trying creatine. Under the suggestion of our son. He is bulking up and he's helping his mom to get in shape. Me? I'm 61 and my main goal is to reach my ideal weight and keep running to which I love. So, I started using it. In 30 days I gain 1 pound. Since March, I have been loosing on average of 2-3 pounds per month. Then, once I started taking it, I got 1 pound back. Our Son said it is muscle. Other side effects is: sore shoulders, tricep, and my calf. I need my calf for running. I stop running for a week. Began a walk/run training again and slowly increased my running time. My calf began to act up again. So, I decided to lay off a month and see what's happen.

Bitter!
I purchased the Hibiscus flavor. Very bitter, almost inedible. I would not get this flavor again. Might try the others. There is no bloating or digestive issues with the powder.

Best type of creatine
Went to HCl type creatine and have zero stomach/gastrointestinal issues. Don’t abuse the dosage and you will see great results with no side effects like mono creatine. Dosage is considerably less because it absorbs better.
