Worked great with my Dell 7040 mini

I ordered the HQYing Cable Box Mount to mount a Nintendo Wii inside my Arcade 1UP. I am modifying the 1UP with a 32inch screen and using the Nintendo Wii to play shooter games, mainly house of the dead. I don't know exactly how I got the Wii to fit because I wasn't able to at first. It's hard to explain, normally I would record a video, but I'm worried if I take the mount apart to do it over, I won't be able to recreate what I did.The width of the Wii is listed at 2.3 inches, I have not actually measured. I put the mount together and extended it as wide as it will go and then tightened the screws on the bottom to secure, the Wii wouldn't fit. I then took the screws out and put the Wii in place between the brackets and pushed the bottom until I could get the screws in. It ended up fitting that way. I will say it is a tight fit and I will have to take the screws out to remove the Wii. I don't plan on moving the Wii anytime soon and its not tight to a point where its damaging the Wii.This mount is priced competitively and it is a sturdy, well built mount. With that said, make sure you measure your cable box, router, or whatever your going to mount to make sure it fits. I may be wrong about the width of the Wii, I pulled that measurement number off Google, but I was glad I was able to get it to fit.

I bought this so I could place my modem into it for installation on a wall so it didn't take up space on my desk. Well, this thing is much smaller than I anticipated. So, it didn't exactly work out for what I needed it for. So, what am I doing with it now?...it works great as one book end for my bookshelf, and the good news is it is cheap enough that I can buy a second one to put on the opposite end of my shelf of books.

I didn’t measure my router prior to ordering, assuming it would fit most routers, and this bracket is too narrow. The manufacturer could have easily made this bracket wider to accommodate more models. There is no way to adjust it any larger than 1.7” and I need 2”. I can’t imagine that this bracket would fit many devices. It is a nice weight metal bracket, easy to assemble, with multiple holes for mounting. I was really looking forward to mounting my router since it is currently sitting on the floor. Guess I’ll have to find a wider bracket. If you have a very small device to mount, this would be a nice bracket at a decent price.

I don't know what to do with this mount because I can't use it as I don't have any other devices to use this mount with that would fit inside of it.

This is made well. It's usable with a number of small devices.The materials are sturdy and comes with everything you would need to install it. My only real complaint with this thing is the flanging metal that sticks into the back of whatever device you put in here. If it's a router, you're likely fine. Could be a different story with a raspberry pi or any other sbc.Overall, this is nicely made. It's durable and versatile for use with a number of devices. The design might limit your usability.This is worth 4-stars.

This is a good bracket for narrow/small IT equipment. The finish on it is nothing special, nor is the drab look of it, though it does what it is supposed to. These types of wall mount brackets can help keep your modem/Mini-PC organized and out of the way and can also help protect them from damage. Sadly, I ordered this bracket before I ordered my new modem, only to find that the new DOCSIS 3.1 modem was much wider and beefier than the one we are replacing. This bracket is just not wide enough to accommodate the new one. While disappointing, all I can say is check your depth, this one is small, and it is impossible to extend it past the 1.7 limit. I may use it for the firewall, since this is just right for the smaller devices.

I'm giving this bracket 3 stars -- which I consider to mean "average". The assembled product is as described. And for the price, it's a fair value.However, it's not something I'd be likely to recommend generally. Why?1) no instructions and what appears to be multiple extra pieces that don't go to anything (extra bolts)2) extremely limited use case (yes, it says it's for small and narrow devices but design elements further restrict possible uses)3) not very useful for devices with infrared remote controlsSo in terms of quality, it gets 4 stars. But usefulness of design, it gets 2 stars. If you're absolutely sure of how you'll use it and that your device will always be small, this'll work. If you want some flexibility or versatility, keep looking.

Does not fit the Bell cable box that I have. Sent back , no problem.

Does what it's designed to do. Holds a cable modem/router.

Completely modified it to work. Also had to cut one nut and bolt off because when I tested it and saw that my Shaw box didn't fit the nut and bolt kepted spinning. Over all looks good
