I am very pleased with this product. The 6 functions in one appliance has allowed it to replace two appliances that were taking up counter space. I have used the grill and air fryer function several times. Preheats quickly and lets you know when it’s ready. It cooks perfectly, nice and crispy minus the grease when air frying and when grilling the meat turns out tasty and cooked like it’s been on an outdoor grill (even has perfect grill marks!). It even beeped when grilling to let me know it’s time to flip the food! Nice and roomy cooking space. I cooked four very large burgers at once. Odor was minimal. Much less than if I would have cooked in a pan on the stove top. And I appreciated the large glass lid that allows you to see your foods progress. Controls are easy to use and the instructions that came with it are too. I like the knob that allows you to turn to easily change temperature and cooking time. Easy cleanup which to me is a very important feature! That determines how often I will use it. The lid comes off easily and can be washed separately. Grill grate and air fry basket can be put in dishwasher! Easy peasy! The oil collector makes for easy draining of grease. A very useful addition to my kitchen! Love it!

THIS IS AMAZING !! omg...Best appliance I have ever bought !!! I don't like to cook, but this 6-in-1 makes cooking SO EASY and FAST, and it is SOOOOO easy to clean !! Super high-quality construction. I can't praise this enough !! ( I grill 4-6 chicken breasts in 12-15 minutes and they are crisp on outside and super juicy flavor stays inside. I don't even add seasoning. Just take out of package and put on the grill.) Re Cleanup : I just rinse grill + pan off with faucet sprayer. (Don't even have to scrub it. It is quality non-stick !! Can put in dishwasher, but I haven't needed to.) This is 100% smokeless and silent. Amazing. (I did a lot of research before buying this, but, omg, the quality of construction and ease of use FAR FAF FAR exceeds what I expected. ) I NEVER use my oven and gas stove anymore. I'd give it 10 Stars if I could.

It’s a grill. It did that well, but as others have said mine also died after maybe a dozen uses in under a year. Seems poorly designed. And not as useful as stated. It’s heavy and large. I don’t know how your supposed to bake etc with a cone sort of thing in the middle. Really disappointed as it was a big purchase for me.Update-I spoke with customer service and “she was going to do me a big favor and replace it” she wasn’t interested in hearing that besides dying it’s very heavy and with a really bad back I’d rather have a credit or different insta product. So yes they sent it.

I have had this now for several months. Purchased in 2023. It is awesome! Food is browned nicely and grill marks and crispy on the air fryer selection. It said to grill pork chops on L4 level for 5-8 minutes turning half way through cooking time. I have had several brands of airfryers that also grill, including two of Ninja’s newest ones. They do not come close to what they advertised food to be. This one so far is true to what it states. It only took me 8 minutes to grill 4 pork chops. Plus it left so much better grill marks over the Ninja one. I love the oil catcher tray, you don’t have to bother with dumping the oil out of the pan. The oil tray is also dishwasher safe. I love that the lid is made of glass so you can see the food as it cooks without having to lift the lid like on other airfryers to check on the food. So much easier to clean over the Ninja I had.

Haven't had any issues I have cooked Steak shrimp chicken veggies.. Smell contained,easy to clean, not to big. Quality good!! Not the most durable handle with care..

I have had this thing for a little while and I have only used it a handful of times I was cooking and all of a sudden it shut off no power to it nothing I am so disappointed would not recommend it

First couple of times it had a horrible plastic smell, that did go away mostly but could smell plastic on few remaining uses just no where near as bad. I used it like five times and as it was warming up to use grill function in its last use it shut off , smoking quiet a bit and died never to work again. It was really big also so it took up a lot of counter space and the center vent made cooking some food more difficult. It would have been a good appliance had it kept working as it should but don’t think it was meant to which is why I didn’t seek replacement, I have long been skeptical of air fryers and worried they were fire prone. I typically like instant brand and have a few of their products but this air fryer was not as reliable and of the same quality. The air fryer function worked without hassle the few times I used it but the grill function gave me issues the one other time I used it and it died the second so maybe it is just the grill part that had issues but again it was used so few times it’s truly hard to say.

This is our 1st air fryer and we are really impressed. Grill is fantastic! Close to outdoor grilling, no smoke, nice grill marks, non stick surfaces are great and cooking times are much quicker than we expected. The air fryer feature is also awesome. French fries were done in a flash and so crispy. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthier and more energy efficent option that delivers fantastic cooking results with ease.
