The best!!
I love this kettle SO MUCH but dropped it yesterday (it shattered). I heartbroken and hope to find a replacement kettle soon (the base is completely fine)

Best kettle ever
So happy with all the things this kettle lets me cook easily❣️ Yogurt, creme brulee, soup-- no problem! The only thing I wish for is that the glass kettle detached from the electronics for ease of cleaning.

Buyer beware
Only after one use, the bottom of this pot turned all kinds of different colors and because I made chicory coffee with a little cocoa powder in it, I found it impossible to get it to come clean enough to get the cocoa smell out. The bottom of the pot has a so-called 'stainless steel' fitting inside that has a slight rim. Turns out that the rim is what makes it impossible to really get clean. What ever you brew in this pot gets trapped under the rim thereby, creating a place for germs and bacteria and possibly mold to form and grow!!!! Looks OK but I ordered green and the top of the teapot doesn't match the base. Different color greens!!! But this is a minor flaw compared to the one mentioned above!!! They called this a 'health pot'??? Not in my opinion!!! Not when this product has the potential to harbor germs, bacteria and/or mold!!!

Good kettle. Bad instructions
I bought this because it has an 8 hour keep warm function. Most others are only 30 mins to 2 hrs. I drink hot tea all day so 8 hours is convenient. This kettle does much more than heating water but the instructions are so poor that I’m not sure how to use most of it. I can figure some if it out based on intuition but would love to take advantage of all the functionality.

Good Health Pot
Overall the product was great until the base unit failed. The seller was very helpful and sent me a new base unit quickly after I contacted them. Hopefully the new base will last longer, hence the 4 stars.

10/10 - If you can handle C instead of F
I love this appliance. It’s versatile. I’ve made loose leaf tea with the glass strainer insert; boiled eggs; reheated soup with the glass stew pot insert; and made hot water for tea, coffee and noodles. As an American I had a learning curve with centigrade to fahrenheit (you can’t change this setting) but that wasn’t a deal breaker for me. There are more presets than I’ll ever use. Bird’s nest soup anyone? 😂 I love the aesthetic and the performance is flawless. Highly recommend!

Functions, but really annoying to use!
Functions, but I would describe the interface as "User Hostile"! For a simple function like boiling water for tea, it takes using the control knob to select "boil", then about 8 taps on the "Keep Warm" button to adjust the temperature up to the maximum of 90C (=194F or just adequate for tea). It wouldn't be bad if you could set the warming temperature once, then have it always use that value, but resetting each time is truly annoying! The 1.8L capacity is good, but the 1000w heater is marginal and takes a long time to boil that amount of water.
