Great for the Handicapped
Great product and it came and worked as expected.

Lightweight Sturdy Support
This is a wonderful easy and supportive item to lift yourself up from the commode. It's only downside is you need at least 18 inches from the center of the outside of your commode to the wall on each side of the commode. We do not have that much room on one side, nonetheless we are using this "handy dandy item", it works, it is just a little off center. Another thing I like about it, is when company comes, it is easy to remove from the bathroom, and put in the bedroom... out of sight, It is lightweight and still sturdy.

Very Sturdy! Stable & Reliable.
For my situation the BathMart Potty Rails was very useful, because of my condition I could not stand without support. Thank you this was the right item for me.

Not For Small Bathrooms
In our small bathroom the front feet proved to be a toe stubbing trip hazard. It is very sturdy and quite well made but look at the layout of your bathroom before you decide if you need the front bracing. We finally got a different one

The Bathroom Perfect Assist Frame is perfect for the Elderly that have trouble getting up.
I brought this for my elderly friend and he loves it. He says that this was the perfect gift to give him. He can now lift himself up with no problems. Glad I purchased it for him and would highly recommend it for anyone if looking for something like this.

Did not send correct in first place. Had to reorder. Not happy with product but using anyway.

Tips forward easily
Product idea in theory was good but the arms do not come forward far enough. When my mom tried to get up, her hands needed to be so far forward to be able to push up that the entire unit tipped forward and she almost fell forward into the bathtub. Luckily it was a trial run and I was there with her to catch her. I really wish it had worked but for her safety we returned it.

As noted on one of the product details sheets ! there is no height adjustment.
This is the second toilet safety frame I have in the house. They are easy to assemble, easy to move around to clean the area around. When I received this last on one of the parts was not right Christ from the co. contacted me and shipped out a complete box the next day, after receiving an assembling the new unit I have shipped the first box back as requested.
