It fits and it works!
My HVAC company wanted over $200 to replace the UV lamp in my heat pump's air handler. This alternative was a lot cheaper, easy to install, and seems to work well. 'Nuff said!

Worked Fine!
My local supply house was out of the OEM brand of UV bulb replacement that I needed. I decided to order this bulb instead and it worked perfectly and was shipped fast and packed well. The only difference between this replacement and OEM was this bulb doesn't come with the short black cord connector. That connector is easily pulled off the failed OEM bulb and then you just plug it onto this one.

Do not buy cheap knock off
Not OEM plug does not match housing. I would not buy again lesson learned.

OEM Fitment
This bulb was the direct fit for my Elite Carbon PCV easy replacement.

No directional check
You may have trouble connecting the power cord if your original bulb has a directional check. I was able to get mine on and lit, hopefully there is no polarity issue.
