Tastes great!
I love this stuff, but it’s expensive and has to be refrigerated. I don’t like the build up that happens around the cap. You’d think plastic-free would be better but is it really? This is my back up syrup when my favorite syrup is out of stock -which seems to be all the time. I appreciate that it’s organic so between that and the packaging I see why it cost more. I wish there was an alternative in plastic with a mess-free pour cap so I wouldn’t have to pay as much. Not sure why my other pure cane syrup in a plastic bottle with no other ingredients doesn’t need refrigeration but this does…?

Installation/setup: Add to drinks to sweeten them. Final thoughts: I used this in an alcoholic drink and it added a nice level of sweetness. I liked it and so did my son-in-law. Drink recipe: Modified Pina de Fuego Tequila Cocktail Tequila ½ teaspoon Hot Sauce for drinks 1 ounce Triple Sec 1.50 ounces fresh pineapple juice 1 ounce Portland Syrups Organic Cane Sugar simple syrup .75 ounce Freshly squeezed lemon juice brown sugar for rim cilantro for garnish fresh pineapple wedge Instructions Rub the rim of a rocks glass with a slice of fresh pineapple. Sugar the rim with brown sugar. Place the ingredients into a shaker. Fill with ice, shake well. Strain into rocks glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a fresh cilantro sprig and a fresh pineapple wedge. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.
