My shower door opens out and the sweep will not work with the door frame. Will it work if I cut off the sweep and use with the only the drip rail?

my door opens out and it works fine the way it came , may be your door is tight on the bottom if that's the case i don't see why you couldn't cut the sweep

Does this work on textured glass

Yes it will work on textured glass. Our shower door is “water fall” style texture. I’ve replaced the seal 2 times with this part.
