This product has totally prevented a mental breakdown. I have used 3 other types of fluxes without success. If you are a beginner I suggest you try this first before any other flux. If you feel like pulling out your hair later you can try another flux. This thin, clear which allows you to see what you are doing to prevent overheating your solder. This works fantastic on silver , copper, and gold filled. I sure wish I would of known about this before all the others.

This self pickling flux works great. I still use a regular pickle too, but this enables your piece to be cleaned up much more quickly. I’m a newbie, in the hands of a real silversmith, you probably wouldn’t even need an extra pickle solution. I’m still in the burning and melting phase.

Does a good job for silver soldering.

I cant say enough good thimgs about this product! I put it in a smaller bottle that I use every day and it IS AMAZING!!! Keeps your metal cleaner than others and that in itself is worth it for me!!

I haven't used this yet, but lots of videos say this is the best for what I am doing. Arrived well packaged and no issues with the container. I'll update if I have a problem using it.

Works but doesn't like a lot of heat doesn't give any protection against scaling.
