I really like this shampoo! We have a blonde in the house, and the winter definitely leaves her hair a bit dull and brassy. I had never experienced that before her, but it really does happen, and it isn't the prettiest of seasons. This works great! Pros: 1) smells good, and does it without adding a ton of extra crap to the product. I love anything that doesn't have to use extra junk to still smell nice. It is doable! 2) works well! Suds is nice, but it rinses clean very easily. Came out of my daughter's hair quickly and still left it soft. 3) lightweight enough to not take the curl out of my daughter's very fine hair. It definitely did not weigh it down! 4) left her color looking nice! It definitely dulled the brassiness a bit. It will take a few uses to really tame it, I think, but after the first use there was a difference. Great results for a single use. Cons: 1) no cons for me. I do wish they didn't use any artificial dyes, but that's part of the success, I suppose. All in all they aren't the bad dyes, so I will take it. I do really love this product for her!

I was really at my wits end trying various shampoos and conditioners (both high end and drugstore) to help me with my hair, always ending in disappointment. I was starting to feel a bit hopeless until I came across this duo! My hair feels soft and it’s easy to manage right out of the shower! It really helps take the brassiness out of my hair as well (that amazing blue cypress oil)! The smell is nice and light! Above all, my hair just feels nourished and healthy. It’s the first time in a long time where I’m at a good place with my hair. I definitely will recommend these products to friends and encourage anyone to try them out! And a bonus, the products arrived quickly and intact!

Very nice product, it does tend to dry out my hair, but you can't beat the ingredients being so pure and the awesome price point. I think it has been quite effective for me, as far as color correction goes. For reference I have highlighted platinum blonde hair and I like my hair WHITE. This gets rid of any brassiness that pops up from my water.

For the longest time I was struggling to find a new shampoo and conditioner that gave me great results but now my search is over! This duo has brought my hair back to life! It makes it soft and manageable! It also provides a lot of body and shine! It is sulfate free too which makes me happy. The scent is light which is nice compared to some other products I have tried where I got headaches from the smell. The blue cypress oil truly works its magic on getting rid of any brassiness I had. In fairness, my hair has more red than yellow, so I get orange tones, this seems as if it would be more effective against just yellow tones in the hair. It seemed a little drying also.

Husband is getting a bit gray and this has helped to keep the gray a beautiful silver versus the yellowing you often find with gray. The purple (or blue) found in shampoos helps with the environmental causes of the yellowing. This not only does a great job on keeping the color attractive but having used it myself, I can say it has a pleasant smell, feels luxurious when shampooing and the conditioner is top quality. No need to double condition. Happy to have found this - especially on Amazon.

I was blessed with good hair - fine, thick, and mildly damaged because I dye it. I just need a hair care regiment safe for colored hair and ideally provides some volume. This shampoo dried out my hair so dramatically (I typically need very little conditioner) and the conditioner didn't condition at all. My hair stylist even noticed and asked what I was doing differently and to stop immediately. Needless to say, it went in the garbage before the bottle was half gone. If your hair is SUPER oily this may be an option for you, otherwise, I'd recommend staying away.

I bought the shampoo and conditioner hoping and praying it could help me keep my light ash blond from going brassy due to minerals in my water. I’m about 6 washes deep, and let me tell you... HALLELUJAH, IT WORKS!!! I have tried everything, even the expensive brands, including Monat and Big Sexy Hair’s Blond Bombshell, and they didn’t do what this product did! I was stunned! Even after the first use, I could see the difference. The scent in the bottle can only be described as Hubba Bubba Grape gum and Dimetapp having a secret love child, but then it mellows into something just...nice. Not overpowering, just clean and pleasant. I generally wash my hair every other day to reduce wear and tear, and it still smells clean on the second day. This product does everything it says it does, and I’ll definitely be buying it again!
