Great
I was suspicious because seamed great and with W11 …all seamed new and different, plus the touch mode (tablet)…At first several uploads couldn’t be made and was blocked… needed to go trough many chats and search, but just did fast factory reset and always ok…Also W365 not free (or can’t use) so downloaded Open office (due to some issues was constantly crushing and ended up without any office pack. Finally got one and all seam crisp and sparkly (for now)… we still learn eachother and all the new things that can offer l.Box is not the original black as I’ve seen on some review videos, it’s just brown carton …Also not sure with the warranty…, never got it, or should I request additionally? Don’t know if any alterations or tunings done?…Overall after 1month and moderate use,… seam perfect (screen, connection, battery, performance, looks,…But warranty would be nice to have just in case rather than running later

Hinges problem with HP Envy
Google "HP Envy hinges problem" before buying. It will last a few months before coming apart. You may also check out the feedback on Amazon.com. This is a global problem and there is class action lawsuit filed against HP for selling HP Envy and Pavilion laptops with a manufacturing defect. The class action lawsuit says that HP knows that it's laptops are defective but still continues selling them.It can be further noticed that Amazon is not offering Accident protection with any HP Envy or Pavilion laptops. Try adding 12th generation Dell model to your cart and you will see Accident Protection pop-up displayed. So better buy a laptop on which accident protection is available without actually buying the accident protection.

Excellent laptop
The laptop was very easy to set up and to my surprise it has facial recognition which makes it very easy to start. I replaced another touchscreen laptop with this one and couldn’t be happier.

Very easy to set up….lightweight…just a nice laptop with just enough included features!
I highly recommend this laptop…it’s fast, has just the necessary features I was looking for…easy to set up…and lightweight.
