Lo he usado por mucho tiempo, retoco aproximadamente cada 6 meses y siempre recibo elogios por mi cabello, lo recomiendo muchísimo

El mecanismo de spray se rompió a mitad de aplicacion , tuve que terminar como pude. No dan rembolso (se entiende) pero aunque quieras solo remplazar el producto por uno que funcione no te lo envían de inmediato . Primero ellos tienen que resivir el producto para ver si lo que dices es cierto y cumple con las políticas de remplazo. Obviamente tenía que buscar de qué manera terminar mi cabello sin botar producto. Consejo tenga una botella de spray vacía para que pueda cambiar el producto a una botella de mejor calidad si decide adquirir este producto. Aparte es la primera vez que lo uso tengo mi pelo crespo no rizo y aun así no me lo dejo tan suave como otra marca que ya e utilizado.
