Recommended by my chiropractor!
I have PBS and this belt has definitely helped. It is very comfortable to wear during walks. A bit difficult while sitting to I take it out mostly while sitting. My chiropractor suggested this belt for my pregnancy and I have been wearing it since my fifth month. A definite recommendation even though it is expensive. It sits low and does not press on the belly.

This belt is just great I had my doubts at first, I can go on a long walk with no pain just wearing it in the day has helped would recommend this to anyone the support is good I wear it shopping walking

Very suportive and comfortable.
I am a runner and walker and put in over 30,000 steps per day. I have low back pain and I do not hold myself in straight alignment therefore this starts a chain of issues.
