These are just ok
These aren’t very bright. I got these as I needed a bulb for one of my 9 candles. It’s not as bright as my other ones and has a yellowish color compared to my others. It’s just o.k. I wish it was brighter.

Don't buy
The brightness is inconsistent. I returned them for a refund in December and have received no reply. They are no longer available, so I suspect the vendor is out of business. It is certainly not acknowledging the product I returned.

Over priced lightbulbs
The lightbulbs are functionally ok but way over priced at nearly 5 dollars a bulb. You’d be better off buying 12 hanging candles for $26. It’s a shame that consumers are priced gouged. Not worth it.

Works in other brands, brighter and yellow
The media could not be loaded. I bought these to replace the broken (but still functional) bulbs in another brand's candles. I was worried they wouldn't work as it is an entirely different manufacturer, but they work perfectly.As other reviewers mentioned, these are much brighter and more yellow compared to the original bulbs (see video for side-by-side comparison). It is not a complaint at all, I'm thrilled with these; I have 24 windows and some need a brighter bulb and some don't. As for "shatter resistance," I'll have to update this review after a month in the windows this November, but the glass seems thicker and more rounded than the original bulbs so they probably won't shatter if I even look at them wrong.My old ones--three years old--would run 6 hours/day from Thanksgiving to after New Year's on the (3) Duracell batteries, I never had to change them out. These bulbs are much brighter so I suspect the battery life will be less because that's how electricity works, but perhaps the technology has improved so they will last as long without drawing more battery power. I'll update you in the fall!In conclusion: these work in other brands, they are brighter but more yellow, arrived quickly in appropriate packaging and undamaged, and seem sturdier than the original bulbs.
