Kingkong7131 Grill Cover for Weber Genesis II 4 Burner Grill including Brush, Tongs and Thermometer

This grill cover is the one I’ve preferred for years. My grill came with a Weber one I never liked. The material wasn’t as thick as my King Kong one and It ripped in multiple places. I was happy to get my King Kong replacement. This one needs time to unwrinkle, but the material is much better quality. When it unwrinkles from the elements, it will look nice. The fit is perfect and Velcro straps hold well and have room to adjust. My old one didn’t fade after years. This is on a Genesis 2, 4 burner grill. The tools that come with it are a nice bonus. The cover is worth it without them.

I bought this product in December of 2017, 7 years 4 months ago and am just now reordering a new one, not because it is faded or torn but because its Velcro has finally seen its day and will no longer keep the cover tightly on so it won't blow away in a heavy wind. It has gone through rain, hail, heat and heavy snow storms as well as hurricanes and still has done its job. The material it is made of is very durable. Great value for its money!!!!

This is my second purchase - last one lasted several years, much longer than any other I've had. Fits great, velcro straps keep it in place.

This is an economical, decent grill cover. I live in the N.E. and this will have to withstand hot summers, snowy winters and everything in-between. By it's feel, I won't be expecting more than 3 years out of it. Because of it's price-point though, I'd be ok with 3 years. I have a Weber Summit S-420 and it covers it fine (comes to about 2 inches off the ground). Also, call it a quirk as some find it cute, but I'm not a fan of the logo and usually keep it turned around. After a few months of use, this seems no worse than a similar weight over-priced Weber cover I had and a little thinner than a better cover I had - but is nearly half the price. I do miss the handles my previous cover had, as it helped with removal as well as sitting it straight when I put the cover on - but I understand this is a no-frills cover. It also doesn't have tie-back straps to keep it from blowing off, but the way I'm situated wind is usually not an issue in my yard. I'll report on it's durability status in a year or so.NOTE: I purchased this item on Amazon for full price and have no affiliation to the seller. This is the third cover of this brand that I have purchased in the past 20 years and I will keep buying it again and again. It stays on well and withstands high winds. The cover lasts for a ridiculously long time… Like I said in the last 20 years, I’ve owned two and now this is my third. Each time the quality is consistent, durable, and overall a great buy for the price.

LONG TERM REVIEWComing on 5 years of ownership and have 0 complaints. This covers my grill which I leave outside, in the Boston area, all year. The only issue, which is a minor fix, is the right side velcro no longer works, i just tie it.

Lasted four years then had to replace due to slight tearing. Very good quality. Bought twice now and happy both times
