My first PC with windows 98 had better graphics than this does! Unbelievable how poor the graphics are; even just viewing pictures. There's a Pcie slot on the motherboard, but I was unable to get any recommendations from Acer Support regarding what type of graphics card could be installed. The tech stated that they don't recommend any particular card. He didn't mention that the Power Supply doesn't have the power to actually support even the most basic graphics card.Also, had I known this PC came with Norton antivirus installed I would never have purchased it. I hate Norton with a passion. Their software takes total control of the PC and Windows Firewall. I uninstalled Norton, which caused all sorts of problems with apps and the OS. I had to do a factory reset, which reinstalled Norton in order to get the PC working again. AVOID like COVID!!!!!!!!!

Replaced my older Windows 10 system with this much more powerful Acer. It is running my dual 24" monitor desktop. I continually produce written tutorials using Libre Office and constantly photo manipulate multiple Raw files created for our local camera club photo challenges using Photoshop, On1 Raw 2022.5, and Seriff Affinity. With 16 gigs of ram and an SSD drive, the machine has not bogged down with anything I have tried. I am also doing Virtual meetings for our club using Google Meet and a 1080p camera and HDMI Condenser Microphone. With Windows 11 the whole system works fantastic. The newer AI software runs smoothly with the faster 12th Gen CPU and the additional ram I have.
