OVENZZ LW CAST is a lightweight, insulating castable refractory with extraordinary strength and excellent insulating properties. It is suitable for casting shapes, pouring in place and filling large cracks and holes. It can be used as an insulating backup over a dome or under the hearth in a pizza oven. OVENZZ LW CAST provides more a thermal-efficient solution than denser products. It is capable of service temperatures up to 2,500 degrees F. OVENZZ products are certified by NSF International and maintain NSF/ANSI Standard 51 for use as a food equipment material and in food applications. Available in 55 lb. bags. You'll need 73 lbs. of product per cu.ft. Mix 1.6 gallons of water per bag. NOTE: Package colors depicted on this site differ from what is delivered.
